The process
From enquiry to settlement
Every transaction follows the same five stages. No terms are discussed until due diligence and assay are complete.
Enquire
Submit a trading enquiry through the form or by email. Our trading desk acknowledges every enquiry confidentially and explains the documents required for the next stage.

Due diligence
We verify the counterparty and the origin of the gold. KYC and AML checks are completed, together with a review of origin and export documentation for the lot.

Assay
The lot is tested by an independent assayer to determine its exact gold and metal content. The assay report becomes the basis for every commercial term that follows.

Agreement
Pricing and terms are agreed per transaction on the verified assay results, and set out in a written agreement between both parties.

Settlement

Due diligence
What you'll need
Before any discussion of terms, counterparties provide company and identity documents, together with origin and export documents for each lot. Requirements are aligned with UAE regulations and our AML policy.
