Unrefined gold as recovered from mining, traded on independent assay results.
Raw gold reaches us in the form it leaves the mine, with purity that varies from lot to lot. Each lot is tested by an independent assayer, and pricing is agreed only on the verified gold content, once due diligence on the counterparty and the origin of the gold is complete.
